Overview

When an Inspection is completed, you can take a few actions to further manage any action items that may have come from its completion. At this time, all users within the Project Team/Directory can perform the following actions.

Process

Managing a Completed Inspection

  1. Resolving a flagged item

  • For any flagged items, you can Resolve them and add a comment and a file to add any context needed.

2. Completing a Punch Item

  • You can click on the Punch Item. A slide-out will appear where you can change the status to Completed. You can also add a comment and attach files if there are any.

3. Reviewing the Resolved Items

  • For any items that were flagged but are now resolved, you may view them within the Resolved tab. This is helpful in ensuring all the previously flagged items are resolved.

  • You may flag questions at any time.

  • In the event that the item is not resolved, you may re-flag the item by clicking the Flagicon once more.

  • If you are not a member of the punch item, you will see it in view-only mode.

Once your inspection is complete, take the next steps by resolving flagged items or completing punch items—add comments, upload files, and mark them as resolved to keep everything on track and running smoothly!
