Overview
When a form is completed, you can take a few actions to further manage any action items that may have come from its completion. At this time, all users within the Project Team/Directory can perform the following actions.
Process
Managing a Completed Form
Resolving a flagged item
For any flagged items, you can Resolve them and add a comment and a file to add any context needed.
Each flagged item in the completed form is listed with a Resolve button next to it. Clicking Resolve opens a panel where you can leave a comment explaining the resolution and attach a supporting file, then confirm to mark the item as resolved.
2. Completing a Punch Item
You can click on the Punch Item. A slide-out will appear where you can change the status to Completed. You can also add a comment and attach files if there are any.
Clicking a Punch Item row opens a slide-out panel on the right side of the screen. This panel includes a status dropdown (set it to Completed), a comment field for any notes, and an attachment area where you can upload supporting files before saving your changes.
3. Reviewing the Resolved Items
For any items that were flagged but are now resolved, you may view them within the Resolved tab. This is helpful in ensuring all the previously flagged items are resolved.
The Resolved tab lists every item that was previously flagged and has since been marked as resolved, along with the comment and any files that were added when it was resolved — giving you a running record of what was addressed.
You may flag questions at any time.
In the event that the item is not resolved, you may re-flag the item by clicking the Flag icon once more.
If you are not a member of the punch item, you will see it in view-only mode.
Once your Form is complete, take the next steps by resolving flagged items or completing punch items—add comments, upload files, and mark them as resolved to keep everything on track and running smoothly!
