Overview

Performing inspections has never been easier or more efficient with our streamlined process designed for accuracy, thoroughness, and seamless tracking. This inspection process not only simplifies the inspection workflow but also ensures high-quality, accurate results, improving team collaboration, project efficiency, and issue resolution.

Process

Performing an Inspection

  1. Navigate to the Forms & Inspections module.

  2. Within the Pending tab, you will see the Inspection items where you are specified as the Inspector. You can view the Inspection and click Start Inspection.

  3. Here, you will fill out all survey questions as shown.

    1. You can flag, upload a file, and add a comment to each question to add more context as needed.

    2. An answer could have been marked as flagged automatically if the user who requested the Inspection indicated it as such.

    3. Need to track an item further? Check the box off next to Generate Punch Item, so that we can generate punch items for you in the background after the Inspection is completed.

  4. Once all required questions are answered, you can upload any additional files on the second step.

  5. You can now finish off the Inspection by indicating the final Inspection assessment (Passed, Failed, or Not Applicable) and adding any comments, if applicable.

Performing inspections is straightforward with our efficient process designed for accuracy and seamless tracking. After completing an inspection, review the results and address any flagged items or punch items as needed.
