Overview
By navigating to the Inspections module within your project, you can easily create and track inspections from initiation to completion. This system simplifies inspection management, reduces administrative overhead, and improves communication, ensuring your projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Process
Inspection Request Creation
Within a project, navigate to the Forms & Inspections module.
There are two tabs:
Click + Add New Inspection and fill out the required fields. Note that there are explanations on the right hand side of the page.
Select a template from your workspace repository; this will automatically fill in the Inspection Title (it is also editable!).
You can also click Template Preview to ensure you are choosing the correct template.
Select the Inspection Type.
Select the Examination Type.
Select the date that the Inspection will be performed.
Indicate whether you are the Inspector, or if it will be another user.
Click "Create Inspection", which will move this item into the Pending tab. The specified Inspector can now perform their Inspection!
Who can edit an Inspection?
βOnly project members who are either listed as the Inspector or an Inspection member will have access to edit or perform the inspection.
