Punch Stamps Templates

Create a template for your frequently used Punch Stamps.

Written by Eva Palomares

Prerequisites

If your account has the appropriate access permissions, you can create Company-level templates that users within your workspace can use.

Overview

By consolidating your most frequently used Punch Stamps into a template, you ensure consistency and simplify the process of applying stamps to your projects. This feature helps you maintain a standardized approach, reduce manual errors, and boost overall productivity, allowing your team to focus more on project execution and less on administrative tasks.

Process

Creating a template

  1. Within Lists & Templates, navigate to Punch Stamps.

  2. Click "Create New Template" in the top right.

  3. Add a name and description for your template. You can also choose where to save it: Your Templates or Company Templates.

  4. Click "Add New Stamp". For each stamp, enter a 1–2 digit stamp initial, a stamp title, and select a color. Click "Save" on each stamp before adding the next one — you can add multiple stamps to a single template.

  5. Once all your stamps are added, click "Create" to save the template.

Applying a template

  1. Within a project, navigate to Project Settings.

  2. Go to Punch Lists on the left side.

  3. Click Apply Template.

  4. Select the template you want to use from the list, then click Apply. The stamps from that template are now available when creating punch items in this project.

If you have the appropriate access, create and apply Company-level Punch Stamp templates to streamline workflows, maintain consistency, and reduce errors—empowering your team to focus on project success!
