When an RFI is submitted to you as the Official Reviewer, you have the ability to send an RFI back to ask for clarification by clicking on the three-dot menu. Include a comment for a brief explanation, and send it back to the RFI Manager.

The RFI Manager will then receive a notification to edit and re-submit the RFI.

When an RFI is responded to, as the RFI Manager, you have the ability to send the solution back to ask for clarification. Click on the button at the bottom right corner of a solution, include a comment for a brief explanation, and send it back to the Official Reviewer.

The Official Reviewer will then receive a notification to edit and re-submit their solution.
