By creating your workspace, you unlock powerful features like customized dashboards, notifications, and permissions, ensuring that your projects stay on track and your team stays connected—even across distances.

Accepting the Invitation
Check Your Email for the Invitation
You will receive an email invitation to join INGENIOUS.BUILD. The wording of the invitation may vary depending on how you were invited.Click “Accept Invitation”
Once you open the email, click the "Accept Invitation" button to begin the registration process.
Set Up Your Profile
On the registration webpage, click "Continue" to proceed.
Enter your name and create a password. Make sure to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Invite Your Team Members
During registration, you will have the option to invite other team members who will work on this project. You can also skip this step and add them later.
Enter Workspace/Company Information
Fill in your workspace and company details, then click "Continue."
Workspace Configuration
Your workspace will be configured automatically. This process may take up to a minute, so please do not refresh or navigate away from the page.
Success! Your Workspace is Ready
You will be directed to the specific project or item you were invited to collaborate on.

Encountering Issues While Creating Your Workspace?
If you're having trouble setting up your workspace, please follow these steps to ensure you're correctly creating your account:
Make sure there is NO punctuation in the domain address you choose.
Ensure there is NO punctuation in the workspace name.
Confirm that the subdomain name you select is available. If it is already taken, you'll see a red warning message below it, and you'll need to choose a different subdomain name.
Helpful Hints
Use Google Chrome: For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. Bookmark auth.ingenious.build/login for quick access.
Whitelist Our Email Address: Add postmaster@mail.ingenious.build to your email contacts to ensure you receive all notifications from INGENIOUS.BUILD.
Administrator Access: As the creator of your workspace, you’ll be an Administrator by default. This gives you access to all workspace features and modules, including the ability to invite teammates and assign permissions. Learn how to invite team members here.
Main Dashboard Navigation: After logging in, you’ll land on the Main Dashboard. To view all your projects, click Projects > Projects or See All under the Recent Projects tab.
Notifications Center: Stay updated by checking your Notifications Center for project-related alerts.
Unlock Additional Features: If you were invited through a Contract, click Start Project to access Change Orders, Invoices, and more.
