Overview

The process of closing and distributing an RFI ensures that all stakeholders are promptly informed and aligned on decisions, maintaining transparency and accountability across your project.

Prerequisites

To close and distribute an RFI, the RFI status must be in 'Responded'. This means there is an approved official solution.

Process

Closing and distributing an RFI

Once an approved solution to the question has been provided, the RFI manager can Close and Distribute the RFI.

  • This will effectively send a notification out to all indicated Impacted Parties.

Re-distributing an RFI

Once an RFI is in 'Closed' status, anyone can re-distribute the RFI by clicking on the three-dot menu and clicking "Re-distribute".

By following these simple steps, you ensure transparency and accountability, keeping everyone aligned on the approved solutions and any necessary updates.
