Overview

The Punch List allows for seamless collaboration and organization, ensuring that all punch items are clearly documented, assigned, and tracked—driving successful project completion.

Process

Adding a New Punch Item

Within a project, navigate to the Punch List module, then click + Add New Punch Item.

In the slide-out modal, you can add information regarding their punch item, including a comment, the due date, custom stamps, and punch list.

Stamps and Referencing Drawings

From the punch creation screen shown above, you will be able to add custom stamps to a punch item.

Under Stamp, click the plus icon, then click Add New Stamp.

Here, you will enter in 2-digit stamp initials, the stamp title, and also select the color:

Once the stamp has been either selected or created, you will have the ability to place that stamp directly on a drawing sheet.

Click “Select Sheet”. You will be directed to our Drawings module and be able to place the stamp. Simply right-click on the sheet, then Add Punch Item.

That stamp will now live on that drawing sheet for the whole project directory to see, and will refer back to the punch item it came from. Click Create.

List View

The list view for Punch Lists clearly organizes punch items by providing sortable columns.

In addition to sorting, you will also have the ability to filter your punch list in order to narrow down and locate the punch item you are looking for.

Exporting a Punch List

See your images and punch item details listed in a digestible format!

Click Export.

The pdf export will download to your local PC. Your company logo that was loaded by your workspace Admin in the company settings will appear on the sheet.

What's included within the PDF?

The Punch Item Title, Date Created, Due Date, Ball in Court, Reported By, Jobsite Locations, and any referenced Drawings will be present on the pdf.

With customizable stamps, intuitive task organization, and easy-to-use reporting tools, you’ll ensure smooth project closeouts and successful project delivery.
