Ingenious supports a wide range of file types so you can easily upload documents, images, models, and project files. Below is the full list of accepted formats
The Documents module allows users to upload files in the INGENIOUS Workspace and Project Documents modules.
Important: Only image and video formats are supported in the Jobsite Media module.

Image Files
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .svg, .heic, .heif, .webp, .ico
Geospatial & CAD Files
.kmz, .kml, .dwg, .dxf
BIM Files
.ifc, .rvt, .rfa, .nwc, .nwd, .skp, .3dm
Other Business & Project Files
.msg, .mpp, .vsd, .xer .tin, .rdb, .sav, .dyr, .pan, .ond
Archive Files

Important: Only image and video formats are supported in the Jobsite Media module.
Summary
Ingenious supports a wide and industry-relevant range of file types to keep your workflows running smoothly. As long as the file fits within the supported formats above, you can upload it directly. Jobsite Media, however, accepts only images and videos. If your upload fails, double-check the format and try again.
