Important:
Reverting a Contract Change to a draft might impact other contract changes created and/or executed after it.
How to Revert a Contract Change
Click the three dots at the top right of the Contract Change and select Revert to Draft.
2. You can now edit the Contract Change by clicking the three dots at the top right and clicking Edit.
Note: If you do not have the option to Revert a contract change, please see the section below titled "Why reverting may not be an option for your contract change."
How to Delete a Contract Change
Once the contract change is in draft you can:
1. Click the three dots at the top right of the contract change and select Delete.

Important: Please contact your company's system administrator before deleting any contract changes.
Why reverting may not be an option for your contract change
You will not be able to revert a contract change if:
There are any newer Contract Changes that affect the line items in the current contract change
The contract has been submitted to another workspace for approval
Your workspace did not create the contract change
If you have submitted it for approval
The current approver in the receiving workspace will need to reject the contract change.
You can then revert and edit the contract as needed.
What can I edit within the contract change without reverting it to draft?
You can edit the following even when the contract change is no longer in draft:
Adding additional documents/files
For most other edits to a contract change, we recommend creating an additional Contract Change to maintain consistent records and save time!
