Overview
Use our Buildings / Sites feature for building management. Manage the Buildings / Sites in your workspace and add additional details for enhanced tracking and reporting.
Buildings / Sites replaces Project Site Addresses. Find and edit your project location in Project Settings > Project Site Locations instead of the previous location of Project Settings > Project Information.
Note: Buildings / Sites is only available in Owner and Owner's Rep workspace types.
Prerequisites
Add a Building / Site to use the management features listed below. With the release of the Buildings / Sites feature, all of your existing Project Site Addresses will automatically become a Building / Site in your workspace!
Process
To view all of your Buildings / Sites, go to Buildings / Sites on the Left-Hand Navigation.
To view and manage a Building / Site, click on it to open it.
Use the tabs to view and add information about your Building:
Building Details: Enter basic information about your Building, such as Address, Building ID, Owner/Entity, Real Estate Classification, and Asset Type. You can filter your Buildings by these categories on the main Buildings / Sites page.
Mark a building as Confidential to restrict access to the building information to invited users only. Invite users using the Manage Access button.
Projects: From the Projects tab, view the Projects associated with this building.
Project Summary: The Project Summary tab is similar to our Portfolios feature. From here, you will see summary data of the Projects associated with this Building. For example, if there are 10 Projects associated with this Building, view the combined Budget of all 10 Projects from the Project Summary tab.
Subsites: View or add Subsites for this Building on the Subsites tab. Edit the Subsite to add additional information, such as a description, Occupancy Status, and Lease ID.
Occupants: Keep track of the Occupants of this Building on the Occupants tab. This is useful if your Building has Tenants/Occupants each associated with a different Subsite or Project. Adding an Occupant will NOT invite them to your Building/Site or to use INGENIOUS.
Files: Upload any Files associated with this Building.
Timeline: Changes to the Building will be tracked on the Timeline tab.

Custom Attributes - configure custom fields you want to track on your Buildings / Sites.
Create custom columns and manage your columns in Left-Hand Navigation Buildings / Sites. These columns can reference the Custom Attributes in Item #2.
