Creating the Final Amendment: The process for creating a final amendment is similar to that of intermediate amendments and change orders.
Click on "Create off system amendment" and select "Final Amendment."
Fill in the required details:
Vendor Amendment ID
Select the contract
Received from the recipient
Amendment title
Date received
Source that originated this amendment
Amendment Description
Schedule Impact
Adding the Cost Details:
Select a quoted item or add a new one.
Fill out the quoted item description and
Add cost amount
Approving the Final Amendment:
Click "Save as Vendor Submission" to prepare the document for submission.
Click "Approve" to initiate the approval process. Follow any prompts or forms provided to complete the approval.
Record a client approval if required.
The final step in this process is to execute the Original Contract, which the amendment prompts you to do.

Reverting to Draft: If you ever need to make changes to the final amendment, you can revert it to the draft status.
Deleting a Draft Amendment: Click on the "Delete" option on the right of the amendment. Confirm your decision to remove the draft amendment from the system.
