Streamline project collaboration by seamlessly inviting Owners as collaborators. With our intuitive process, you can effortlessly add the Owner's contact through the Contacts module, navigate to the Project Team/Directory module, and invite them to your project with just a few clicks.
Process
Inviting an Owner as a Collaborator
Add the contact using the Contacts module.
Within the project, navigate to the Project Team / Directory module then click +Add Project Members.
Search for the Owner you wish to collaborate with on your project, then click Invite and Save.
The Owner will receive a notification that they have been invited to your project.
Inviting an Owner that is already Bookmarked
If the person you are trying to invite is already bookmarked, you can click the trash icon on the right.
Alternatively, you can click + Add Project Members, then click the 'X' button beside the client's name.
Once the bookmark has been removed, you can search for the client's name and click Invite. Click Save.
