Copying "My Templates" to "Company Templates"
At present, administrators cannot copy personal templates ("My Templates") to shared "Company Templates." We recognize the importance of this feature and are actively working on implementing it in the future.
Deleting Templates
Currently, templates can only be archived, not permanently deleted. We are working on introducing a delete function to provide you with more control over template management.
Disclaimer Customization Per Project
The disclaimer is currently consistent across the company and cannot be customized per project. While this feature is not a priority at the moment, we welcome your feedback and use cases for consideration in future updates.
Topic Re-Ordering and Numbering
Topics can be re-arranged during the agenda and minutes stages, but numbering is fixed once a meeting is published. This ensures consistent topic references across multiple meetings.
Tasks and References
Tasks in the minutes are not linked to references, as they are designed to correspond with specific discussion items. References pertain to broader meeting aspects. If linking these features is important to you, we invite your feedback.
Editing Agenda After Sharing
You can currently edit and re-arrange agenda categories and topics after sharing the agenda without needing to select “Take Minutes.” We are working on enhancements to allow agenda revisions to be shared multiple times for better control.
Making Changes to Previous Meetings
