Does your team utilize our Ball-in-Court feature within Tasks?
Assign the Ball-in-Court to a team member on any Task or Punch Item to avoid confusion of task ownership! All you need to do is click into a task, select the user’s avatar and that user will receive a notification that they have Ball-in-Court!

RFP/Bid Packages Re-skin
Soon, our RFP/Bid Package process will be hitting the town looking squeaky clean. We've improved user experience for external RFP invites and are giving the entire process a new look and feel.
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract Management
Coming soon, we have a new agreement type offering! The Initial & Final, or "GMP", where a contractor's contract sum is not allowed to exceed a specific maximum price. Further functionality in this feature allows a user to amend the Initial Contract value, providing accurate financial analytics once the customer executes a final contract. In addition, it will allow an owner to hire a contractor before final project specifications are complete. We know this is big and we are pumped to get this across the finish line!
Project Schedule
We will be completely overhauling the project schedule module and adding an enhanced feature set that will allow users to keep track of their schedule throughout the lifecycle of the project! This feature is especially attractive for the connectivity to other features in our platform. Stay tuned all spring for fun updates on this feature as well!
