Overview
Task Sets let you build reusable groups of task templates that can be applied to any project. This helps standardize task lists across projects — for example, a standard closeout checklist, a punch-list workflow, or a design review sequence.
Prerequisites
You must have workspace-level access to Lists & Templates.
Process
Creating a Task Set
From the workspace left navigation, click Lists & Templates.
On the Lists & Templates tab, find the Task Sets card and click View Task Sets.
Create a new Task Set, then enter its Name and Description.
Click into the newly created Task Set. The Edit Tasks Set page opens with a No Tasks placeholder.
Adding a task template to a Task Set
From within the Task Set, click Create Task in the top right (or Create New Task in the empty-state prompt). A Create Task Template slide-out panel opens.
Fill in the task template details:
Name — the task template name (required).
Priority — Lowest, Low, Medium, High, or Highest. Defaults to Lowest.
Description — a rich-text description. You can use bold, italic, font size, alignment, bullet lists, numbered lists, checklists, and links.
Tags — optional labels.
Tip: To pre-build a checklist of subtasks into the template, use the checklist button in the Description toolbar. Every task created from this template will include the checklist.
Click Save. The task template is added to the Task Set.
Repeat as needed to build out the full set of templates in this Task Set.
Applying a Task Set to a project
Navigate to the project where you want to add tasks.
From the left navigation, click Tasks. The All Project Tasks page opens.
Click the three-dot menu in the top right and select Create from Tasks Set Template.
Choose the Task Set to apply. The tasks from that set are added to the project's task list.
