Endorser Approvals
Incorporate external users from the Design workspace into your internal review process. Clients listed within your Project Directory will now appear in the drop down menu as an option to add to your approval workflow. Selected design users will then appear in the approval sequence across workspaces.

Contract Document Templates
Users can now use contract document templates on off-system contracts! Enjoy all of the same contract management functionality, but users no longer need to send the contract to another party or change Ball-in-Court within an individual document. One singular party can draft and prepare the contract for the internal approval process through contract execution for record-keeping purposes.
Task Templates
Create task templates with customized checklists, uploaded files, descriptions, and more! Utilize the templates within a project to streamline tasks across different projects and maintain a consistent task workflow.
Daily Reports
Daily Reports will provide subcontractors an easy way to report daily to general contractors on various jobsite occurrences such as staffing, delays, progress and next steps. This feature will provide transparency and a short feedback-loop for contractors to communicate effectively on a project.
Auto-Generating Submittals
Specifically geared toward the GC, Architect and Subcontractor user segment we will be shipping the ability to quickly auto-generate submittals from a specification set. Currently, this is a long and arduous process that takes hours and even days to complete on other platforms. This feature will shorten that to a matter of a few clicks and a couple of minutes to complete.
Direct Costs
This will enable the tracking of Direct Costs on a project and have those costs reflected on the Master Budget, giving the user an all encompassing view of the financial health of their project. Includes a Direct Cost module where users can enter in direct costs and manage those against their cost code breakdown.
