No more confusion on ownership with our new Tasks Ball in Court!
Now within all tasks and punch list items, users can assign Ball in Court to the originator and members of the task. To assign Ball in Court:
Click into the task and click on a user’s avatar.
A red circle will appear around the user’s avatar to denote they have Ball in Court.
This user will then receive a notification that will direct them to the task where they can take further action.
Assign the Ball in Court to one or multiple users, use filtering on the list and kanban view to filter on tasks you have in your court, and avoid any confusion on task ownership. This enhancement is a true slam dunk!
Specification Divisions now have timelines!
On the Specifications Listing View, you can now view the timeline for any Divisions you’ve uploaded. Conveniently access historical activity such as when Submittals are linked to a Specification text, when comments are made, or when sections are created and revised!
Easy external approval on your budget changes!
Need to submit budget changes to your Owner for approval? Do it now, on-system, with our external budget change approval! Navigate to Financial Approval Workflows within your Project Settings and elect to send budget changes to your client under General Approval Settings. Next, configure your approval workflow by assigning internal team member(s) as approvers and your external owner to approve. Build this within Budget Changes, and you're done!✨
