Your bidders will now receive a message within the Discussions tab whenever new documents are added within a Bid Package!
No need to send an extra message to your bidders after uploading some ✨brand spankin’ new✨ files, we gotchu bestie! Sit back, relax, and we’ll automatically send a message to your bidders to let them know 😎
This one is for the Owner’s Reps and their Clients! Open Book & Mirroring functionality is now available for a number of modules.
Your Project Dashboard, Master Budget & ACR, Bid Packages, Contracts, Billings and Invoices can now be mirrored in real-time! This way, Clients can always have a view-only access to the most pertinent and up-to-date information, anywhere, anytime.
As an Owner’s Rep, you now have the option to select the type of Contract from Principal, Advisory, or Agency!
These options are available for your Contract with your Client as well as Contracts with your Vendors. Owner’s Reps can also bid, contract, invoice and manage their Vendors through these options. This enhancement will allow the Owner’s Rep to manage their own Vendors via a separate financial page (My Contract Budget). Along with the contract structure enhancements identified above, this feature lays the foundation for delivering principal model projects.
