Overview

Whether grouping by Clients, Regions, Countries, or Locations, this feature simplifies the management of diverse projects while providing powerful insights for better decision-making.

Process

Navigating Portfolios

  • Navigate to the Portfolios module from the left-hand navigation bar.

  • Locate the "Create Portfolio" option at the top right corner.

Creating Your Portfolio

  • Name your Portfolio, and indicate whether it's a "Client Portfolio" (associated with a specific Client and their projects) or a "Your Portfolio" (inclusive of various projects regardless of the client).

  • Specify the base currency for accurate financial representation.

  • Toggle "Land Acquisition" in order to add parcels of land and their assessments to the portfolio within a dedicated view.

Upon clicking "Create," you will be directed to your Portfolio's Summary page. To start populating it with projects:

  • Access the Projects tab and click "Add Projects".

  • Search and filter for desired Projects. If you've chosen a Client Portfolio, only projects from that client will be available for selection.

  • Select the projects by checking their respective checkboxes.

  • Confirm by hitting "Save." Your chosen projects are now part of the Portfolio.

Insightful Views

With projects included, gain immediate insights on the Summary page. You'll find a snapshot of your Portfolio's status, as well as details on Funding Sources and Schedules for individual projects.

Navigate further within the Projects tab to explore additional attributes:

  • Tags, Locations, and Currency: These characteristics, defined in Project Settings, allow you to categorize and view projects precisely, aiding targeted analysis.

Sharing

Within the Portfolio Settings, we can share the portfolio with the client/owner.

Removing a Project from Portfolio

Within the Projects tab, click "Manage Projects", and unselect the projects you want to remove and save your changes.

By consolidating projects into customized portfolios, you gain valuable insights that support better decision-making and strategic planning.
