Overview

Portfolios provide a powerful solution for efficiently organizing projects, ensuring easy monitoring and comprehensive reporting. This feature is most commonly employed to group projects based on Clients, Regions, Countries, or Locations, simplifying management and analysis.

Getting Started

  • Navigate to the Portfolios section from the left-hand navigation bar.

  • On the Listing Page, locate the "Create Portfolio" option at the top right corner.

Creating Your Portfolio

  • Name your Portfolio, and indicate whether it's a "Client Portfolio" (associated with a specific Client and their projects) or a "My Portfolio" (inclusive of various projects regardless of the client).

  • Specify the base currency for accurate financial representation.

Upon clicking "Create," you will be directed to your Portfolio's Summary page. To start populating it with projects:

  • Access the Projects tab.

  • Click "Add Projects."

  • Search and filter for desired Projects. If you've chosen a Client Portfolio, only projects from that client will be available for selection.

  • Select the projects by checking their respective checkboxes.

  • Confirm by hitting "Save." Your chosen projects are now part of the Portfolio.

Insightful Views

With projects included, gain immediate insights on the Summary page. You'll find a snapshot of your Portfolio's status, as well as details on Funding Sources and Schedules for individual projects.

Sharing

Within the portfolio settings, we can share the portfolio with the client/owner.

Removing Project from Portfolio

Within the projects tab, click "manage projects", and unselect the projects you want to remove and save your changes.
