So many new ways to organize your Projects!
Think of this as a little bit like Spring Cleaning, but with your Projects! You can now create a Primary tag for your Projects, which will allow you to sort your Project listing page, and you can also create as many Secondary tags as you’d like, which will allow you to filter your listing page.
But wait, there’s more! You can also view your projects within a Portfolio based on Primary Tags and Project locations, AND filter your entire portfolio by Primary Tag, Secondary Tag, and Project Location. When these filters are applied, they will appear at the top of the portfolio page. When you’re done with these filters, simply click the ‘x’ button at the top, and you’re back to viewing everything again #NoFilter.
Project > Schedule > Milestones Listing View
You can now easily view all of your Milestones in one location. Whenever a Milestone-type Task is added within a Project, you can view all of the Milestones by navigating to Schedule > Milestones. Similar to favoriting, we have added a “Critical Path” view where you can select certain milestones as Critical Path milestones and switch to a listing view of only these milestones. To do so, click Edit at the top right corner within the Milestones page, and click on the flag icon to mark it as Critical. The best part about this is you can export this view to PDF and show off how on-track your schedule is to your Client, your mom, your sibling, your kids... Or your dog. They'd be real proud of you, I'm sure.
Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!)
Several updates have been made to correct areas of issues in the platform. Some of these areas include the following: Meetings Minutes, Change Order Requests, Invoice PDF Export, Change Order Revisions, Portfolios, Contract PDF Exports, Documents, and Tasks.
