Overview
Exporting a summary of invoices sorted by Package Number or Vendor in INGENIOUS.BUILD is straightforward and highly useful for project management. This report allows Project Managers to share organized financial data with clients or internal teams efficiently.
Process
Access the Project Settings:
Open your project in INGENIOUS.BUILD.
From the drop-down menu, select Project Settings.
Navigate to Funding Sources:
Within the Project Settings, click on Funding Sources.
Export the Invoice Summary:
Click Export to PDF.
Select your preferred sorting option: by Package Number or by Vendor.
Download Your Report:
The system will automatically generate and download the PDF summary to your device.
