Overview

By configuring RFI Distribution Templates in your project settings, you can optimize and automate the process of distributing RFIs to the right contributors. This feature allows you to create tailored templates, assign specific contributors, and save them for easy access in future RFIs.

Process

Configuring RFI Distribution Templates

  1. Within your Project, navigate to Project Settings.

  2. Under Project Settings, go to Distribution Templates.

  3. Click Create Distribution Template, and provide a name for what this template will be used for.

  4. Click on the three dots on the right side of that new template, and click Edit.

  5. Click Add and choose contributors for this template.

  6. Click Save.
