Overview
This guide will help you to manage outdated or unnecessary projects by using "Archived" status to preserve data, or by requesting complete removal, keeping the workspace organized without losing important information.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Only Project Executives and Administrators can change a project status to 'Archived'
If you archive a project, notifications will be sent to the client and vendors with whom you have contracts.
Process
Select the Project: Locate the project you want to cancel or archive in your workspace.
Access Project Settings: Navigate to the project menu and choose Project Settings
Edit Project Information: Go to the Project Information tab and click Edit.
Change Status:
Save Changes: Click Save Settings to complete the process.
