How to Log Into INGENIOUS.BUILD and Fix Login Issues

Overview

To access your INGENIOUS.BUILD account, go to auth.ingenious.build/login and log in with your credentials.

Process

Error code after clicking the login link

  1. Go to auth.ingenious.build/logout to reset your workspace session.

  2. Return to the login page and re-enter your username and password.

Still unable to log in or access the login page?

Step 1 — Clear your browser cache

  1. Open Google Chrome and paste chrome://settings/?search=CACHE into the address bar.

  2. Clear the cache and refresh your session.

Step 2 — Reset your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Check your inbox for a message titled "New Password".

  4. Click Reset Password in the email.

  5. Confirm your email (pre-populated) and create a new password.

Step 3 — Log in

  1. Use your new password to log in.

  2. Once logged in, you'll be redirected to your Dashboard.

  3. If prompted, update your browser's stored password for future logins.
