Overview
A manual bid refers to a proposal received off-system, such as via email or other communication methods. By adding manual bids to the INGENIOUS platform, you can include these proposals in your bid leveling process, ensuring all bids are compared uniformly.
Prerequisites
The Bid Package must be created to manually add Proposals from bidders.
Process
Open the Bid Package and click 'Add Bidders'.
Choose 'Create manual bid'
Select the Company and Contact you are entering a bid for along with the Date Received
4. Enter the values from the bidder's proposal and the Q&A responses (if applicable).
5. Click Attach File to add any Attachments your bidder has sent you. We recommend uploading the proposal that you received via email here.
6. Click Add Manual Bid to save.
