Streamline your project management and ensure seamless collaboration with the INGENIOUS.BUILD platform by leveraging the Company Information and Preferences features. This powerful tool helps workspace Administrators easily manage and display your company’s qualifications, certificates, and essential details—critical for bidding processes and forming strategic partnerships.
Process
Setting up your Company Information & Preferences
Navigate to Company Settings by clicking the account name on the lower left corner of the screen.
Click the Settings - Company Information tab and within the General page, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Edit.
3. Enter all information pertaining to your Company Information. Note that only the
Company Name is required to be filled out.
4. Click Save to keep all of your edits or Cancel to delete them.
Enter Company Preferences
Settings - Preferences is a section where you can set your timezone, your language, unit of measure, and currency.
You can also set whether or not you would prefer to allow your Project Managers to start or duplicate a project, or whether or not you want your Project Executive to edit Lists & Templates.
You can also standardize the way that RFPs, Proposals and Projects, and Contracts are numbered.
There are a lot more options you can specify. To do so, click Edit in the bottom corner. Once complete, click Save.
