Overview

With INGENIOUS.BUILD, you can easily organize and share project documents, enabling efficient collaboration and ensuring your team has access to the right information at the right time.


Process

  1. Access Project Documents

    • Navigate to your project menu and select Documents.

  2. Add Files or Folders

    • Use the options in the upper-right corner to:

      • Add a New Folder: Create a dedicated space for specific files.

      • Upload Documents: Add files to an existing folder.

      • You can also use the search and filter options to quickly locate specific documents. Filters allow you to sort documents by criteria such as who uploaded the document, making it easier to find what you need.

  3. Sharing Files

    • By default, newly created folders are private and not accessible to other users.

    • To share files:

      • Click the three dots next to the file.

      • Select the Share option and choose the appropriate permissions.
