Overview

The Project Team/Directory module helps manage the status of all companies linked to your workspace. It allows you to disconnect accounts or retract invitations to collaborate with your company’s workspace.

Definitions

When inviting third-party contacts (e.g., project contacts) to the platform, you can classify them as either On-System or Off-System:

  • On-System Contacts:

    • Have an active account in their employer’s workspace on the Ingenious platform.

    • Can collaborate seamlessly with any connected On-System contacts in the Ingenious network.

  • Off-System Contacts:

    • Do not have an active account, and their employer does not use the Ingenious platform.

    • Can only receive and import critical project information or documentation but cannot collaborate within the platform.

Benefits of On-System Connections

On-System contacts enable seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring better integration and workflow within the Ingenious platform.
