Registering for an Ingenious Account

Learn how to register for an Ingenious account in just a few simple steps.

Overview

This article walks you through the registration process, including accessing the sign-up page, entering your details, verifying your email, and activating your account — so you can start using Ingenious quickly and securely.


Process

Standard Sign-up Registration Process

Create your Ingenious account easily through the standard sign-up option.

  1. From the log in page, click Sign Up.

  2. Enter your work email. Click Continue.

  3. Confirm your email. From your inbox, click Verify Your Email.

  4. You will be routed to a page saying, 'Your email has been successfully confirmed!'. Click Continue.

    Note: If the company you work for already has a workspace, you may not see the option below. You will be automatically added to your company’s existing workspace, which means your company’s workspace has a Trusted Domain assigned.

  5. Fill in your details. Don't forget to agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. Click Continue.

  6. Choose your workspace. Click Continue.

  7. Add your company details. Continue.

  8. Your account will be finalized.

  9. Your account is now successfully created.


Inviting a User to Join the Platform

  1. Navigate to the Project's Project Team / Directory. Click + Add Project Members.

  2. Input the user's information. Click Save to Contacts List.

  3. Select Invite, then Save.

  4. The invited user will receive an invitation via email.


Signing Up via Invite

Create your Ingenious account through the invitation link you received.

  1. Locate the invite from your inbox. Click Accept Invitation.

  2. You will be brought to a page that says, "Your email has been successfully confirmed!". Click Continue.

    Note: If the company you work for already has a workspace, you may not see the option below. You will be automatically added to your company’s existing workspace, which means your company’s workspace has a Trusted Domain assigned.

  3. You will be asked to Create Your Workspace.

  4. Add in your Name and Password. Agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.

  5. Add your workspace details.

  6. Your account is now successfully created.


That’s it! You’re all set up and ready to use Ingenious. Log in to your workspace and start managing your projects efficiently.
