Stay in control of your inbox by choosing how you get updates. Pick daily or weekly summaries to keep things organized, get instant notifications for real-time updates, or combine both for full flexibility.
Process
How to Access Account Settings: Notifications
You have 2 ways to access your Notification settings:
Navigate to the Your Account menu by clicking into your avatar in the left hand menu. Then you can select Emails & Notifications.
Navigate to the Notifications tab at the bottom of your left hand menu and click into it. Then you can select the Gear icon at the top right.
Emails & Notifications
You can choose how you’d like to receive your email updates:
Summary Emails Setting (Daily or Weekly)
Sends a consolidated summary of all notifications.
You can choose to receive these daily or weekly.
At least one summary option must be enabled.
Instant Email Notifications
Sends notifications in real time, as soon as an event occurs.
You’ll receive an individual email each time something happens.
Important Notes
You will not receive a Notification Summary email if there have been no new notifications in Ingenious since the last summary was sent.
When selecting a time for when the Summary should be sent, it is based on the timezone set in the Profile tab of Your Account Settings (shown above).
These settings give you flexibility in how you receive updates. Adjust them anytime in your account to match your preferences.
