How to Manage Columns on the Projects List

Customize the columns in your Projects List to display the information most relevant to you in INGENIOUS.BUILD.

Overview

The Project List in INGENIOUS.BUILD allows you to manage and track key details for all your projects. By customizing the columns, you can ensure the displayed information aligns with your workflow and priorities.


Process

1. Access the Projects List

  • Navigate to the Projects module in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Select Projects from the dropdown to view all projects.


2. Customize Columns

  • Open the Column Manager

    • Click the Manage Columns button in the top-right corner of the Projects List.

  • Select Columns to Display

    • A list of available scrollable columns will appear.

    • Check or uncheck the boxes next to each column name to add or remove them from the view and drag them above to create your Fixed Columns.

  • Rearrange Column Order

    • Drag and drop column names in the list to rearrange their order in the Projects List.

  • Save Changes

    • Click Save to update your Projects List with the customized columns.


Tips

  • You can use the search bar to filter projects and find specific ones quickly.

  • Apply sorting to columns by clicking the column headers (e.g., sort by project name, date, or status).


By managing your Projects List columns in INGENIOUS.BUILD, you can tailor the interface to your needs, improving efficiency and focusing on your most important project details.
