Creating a Workspace

You have been invited to participate and collaborate on a project via INGENIOUS.BUILD. You will have received an email identifying the company, the user, the project, and what type of invitation this is for. In this example, it will be an RFP. Click the link Accept Invitation or View Details within this email.
-
If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can add INGENIOUS to your contacts to make sure you receive all emails and notifications from INGENIOUS.BUILD moving forward.
-
Clicking the Accept Invitation or View Details in the email will take you directly into the registration process and creating your workspace. Within the web page that will appear, click the Continue button.

You have the opportunity to add internal team members to your workspace at this time. Enter their email addresses or copy the link to invite them to sign up. This step is OPTIONAL. Click Skip to skip this step.
-
Confirm your company information and click Continue.
-
Your workspace will be configured. This can take up to a minute, please do not refresh the screen or click the back button.
-
Your workspace has been created. The system will place you in the RFP from which you were invited.
NOTE: If you already have a workspace, accepting the invitation will prompt you to log in and then take you directly to the RFP within your workspace. You will not need to fill out the above details.
Responding to an RFP
Check your Notifications. You should receive a notification that says, “You have received an RFP RFP Name for the project Project Name**.”**
- Click the notification. You will be routed to the RFP.
- You can either Decline to Bid or Intend to Bid. Click Intend to Bid.
- Click Create Proposal, then select Accept RFP from the pop-up.
- Upload or drop your file, edit the Budget/Fee, Q&A, and Services Scope of Work, and attach any Exhibits.
- You are now ready to submit the proposal.
Once your workspace has been created, you'll be taken directly to the RFP you were invited to. From there, you can review the RFP details and begin preparing your response.
